Turnover Assessment

We can assess the property and provide a make-ready list or we can work from your list.

Re-key locks

Rekey exterior locks -or- replace the locks with Kwikset Smartkey locks for long-term savings.

General Repairs

From lightbulb replacements to much bigger problems, we can complete all necessary repairs.

Painting

Touch-ups or a full repaint, plus drywall repair & popcorn removal.

Flooring

Carpet, laminate, linoleum, or tile.

Cleaning

Move-in/move-out cleaning, carpet cleaning and/or tile & grout cleaning.

The process starts with a Turnover Assessment that
costs $199.00-499.00 depending on the size of the property.
